I come from small-town Alabama and received a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing in 2006 from the University of North Alabama. I have done travel assignments in hospitals across the country including Los Angeles and the Pacific Northwest. I've always had a passion for fashion whether it be the design front or the styling front. Refugee Designer is one outlet for me to be able to express that side of me and further explore fashion and all aspects of the design world.
